Storing Hummus and Yogurt Salad and preparing Moussaka
ahead of time
Hungry in Memphis posted this question:
How long will the hummus keep in the fridge? What about the yogurt salad-how
long will it keep? If I wanted to make the Egyptian Moussaka ahead oftime
tomorrow to eat later in the week, can I assembleit uncooked and freeze to hear
later, or should I bakeit and then freeze and reheat, or is that a bad
ideaaltogether?

Typos -- just a couple
p.101, first paragraph should read: " Arrange 1/4 of
the chopped nuts..." instead of "Arrange 1/4 cup of the chopped nuts..."
P. 73, ingredients for Tagen Samak should be 1- 1 1/2 lbs. sea bass or red
snapper instead of 1/2 lb.
p. 59, third paragraph of the instructions for Goulash bil Lahma should read:
"Beat egg with milk and pour mixture over dish, reserving a small amount for
basting during baking."
